Problem Statement

Insight Process

The process insight for WoodGreen Community Centre's service design involves a comprehensive approach focused on understanding and meeting the community's diverse needs. Beginning with thorough research and engagement, we gather insights into the specific requirements and challenges the community members face. Collaborative workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders ensure a participatory design process.

Aims to transform 650 into a destination - somewhere to be surrounded by friends and people who understand each other - rather than merely a stop on a journey
Requires a follow-up, something not currently provided through the services at 650
Who
The like Newcomer and the people are new in the city and don't have any relations and family in Toronto.
Why
We designed new services and programs to engage more residents in the community and help them feel safe and belonging.
